Services
Residential Home Design
Site-specific floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings designed around your lifestyle, lot, and aesthetic vision. Every plan is one-of-a-kind. We coordinate with structural, MEP (HVAC), and foundation engineers to ensure your plans are construction ready and can assist with permit submittal. We also provide preliminary design sets for those looking to get an idea on pricing early before fully committing to the design.
Drafting / 3D Modeling
We also provide drafting and 3d modeling services for various projects. This might include As-built documentation for commercial projects, millwork drawings, additions and renovations, builder and developer drafting and design services.

Designing a space can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process clear, simple, and tailored to you.

Initial Consultation
We will consult and gather all information you want us to know. It is important you provide any ideas, concept images, preferences, finishes, and sketches, square footage, number of bedrooms and baths. As much information as you can give us is helpful to really make this your own. During this time, we will also discuss important site features like optimal views, or HOA requirements if any.

Concept Design
We develop initial floor plans, spatial layouts, and exterior 3D renderings for your review. You guide the revisions.

Design Development
We refine every detail — elevations, material selections, and engineering coordination.

About Us
Jazmin Pacheco is a designer and draftsman with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Architecture. Her career has included both commercial and residential design, but it was her experience working with families on their homes that led her to discover her passion for residential design. She loves creating thoughtful, functional spaces designed around the people who will actually live in them.
Mark serves as Field & Frame’s Business Manager, focusing on client relationships, outreach, and business development. Often the first point of contact, he takes the time to understand each client’s goals, answer their initial questions, and help determine how Field & Frame can best serve their project.
Together, Jazmin and Mark bring the relationship and design sides of Field & Frame under one roof. As a family-owned business, they believe great projects start with good communication, personal relationships, and truly understanding the people behind the project.
